About this task
This health insurer for homeowners (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Employment Contract Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Checks existing contracts for missing or unlawful terms.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Audit 60 employment contracts for UK law compliance and list fixes by priority.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
