About this task
This Series B lending platform for marketplaces (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Designs realistic misuse cases in a professional domain.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Design 12 misuse scenarios in finance and HR and rate their severity and plausibility.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
