About this task
This education provider for corporate training (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Writes prompts designed to expose weaknesses in a model.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write 50 adversarial prompts a week across policy bypass and misleading context and record each result.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
