About this task
This contract research organisation in oncology (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Resolves invoice disputes and issues credit notes under policy.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in life sciences, where documents are versioned and reviewed in a fixed order.
The team sits in Hannover. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Resolve 15 open disputes with sales and support input and issue approved credit notes.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
