Discovery Interviews and Synthesis

About this task

This energy services company in energy storage (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Product Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Customer interviews turned into decisions.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is an energy business with strict compliance and reporting cycles.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Malta works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

• Run 8 customer interviews, synthesise the themes and recommend the three problems worth solving next.
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
