About this task
This hotel group in corporate travel (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Supply Chain Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Safety stock, reorder points and slow movers.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Malta. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Recommend safety stock and reorder points for 400 SKUs to cut stock-outs by half.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
