About this task

This savings and loan group serving small businesses (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Product Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Customer interviews turned into decisions.

The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Hungary works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Run 12 customer interviews, synthesise the themes and recommend the three problems worth solving next.
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

What a month looks like

  • Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
