About this task
This workflow automation company for finance teams (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Privacy & GDPR Counsel for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews and negotiates processing agreements.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The team sits in Providence. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver

- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
