About this task
This Series A web3 infrastructure company for institutions (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Privacy & GDPR Counsel for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Risk assessment for a high-risk processing activity.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The team sits in Dallas. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Prepare a DPIA for a new employee monitoring tool with a risk register and mitigations.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
