About this task
This telecom operator in IoT connectivity (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager KPI Dashboard Owner for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Handles requests for new metrics and decides what is built.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The team sits in New York City. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Triage dashboard requests weekly, merge duplicates and give an honest estimate to each requester.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
