About this task
This mobile games company (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior KPI Dashboard Owner for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Handles requests for new metrics and decides what is built.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The company prefers a person who can come to Bozeman for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).
What you deliver
- Triage dashboard requests weekly, merge duplicates and give an honest estimate to each requester.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
