About this task
This Series C healthcare services group for dental practices (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Aggregates bank balances and flags what needs funding.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Croatia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Compile a daily cash position across eight accounts and flag any balance below the minimum.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
