About this task

This health insurer for homeowners (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly forecast of receipts and payments with variance to actual.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The team sits in Zagreb. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Update the 13-week cash forecast every Monday and report last week's variance and the main drivers.
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

  • Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
