About this task
This Electric-vehicle maker in car subscriptions (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Fractional Customer Success Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Standard plays for onboarding, risk and expansion.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The team sits in Vancouver. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Write a playbook with 10 plays and templates for a three-person CS team.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
