About this task

This warehousing operator for pharma (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional Customer Success Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Checks usage, support and sentiment to find problems.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Ohio, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).

What you deliver

• Review health scores for 100 accounts and create action plans for the red ones.
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
• A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
