About this task

This Growth-stage generative-AI company for code (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Compliance Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Collects the sustainability data points a company needs for its first CSRD report.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Poland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Collect energy, travel and workforce data from five departments each week and log the gaps.
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
