About this task
This Series B embedded-finance provider for small businesses (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Compliance Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Collects the sustainability data points a company needs for its first CSRD report.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The team sits in Wrocław. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Collect energy, travel and workforce data from five departments each week and log the gaps.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
