About this task
This beverage company in bakery products (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Fractional COO for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–30 h a month. Steps in on a delayed project and resets scope, owners and plan.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Poland. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Take over a stalled system rollout, reset scope and deliver a recovery plan with weekly checkpoints.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
