About this task
This Series C healthcare services group (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional COO for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour with an operations leader on a defined problem.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Poland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver

- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
