About this task
This Personal-care brand (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Sales Operations Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Fields, stages and rules that keep CRM data usable.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The team sits in Ontario. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Enforce stage definitions, fix duplicate and stale records weekly and report data quality to sales leadership.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
