About this task
This telecom operator serving businesses (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Sales Operations Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Fields, stages and rules that keep CRM data usable.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Enforce stage definitions, fix duplicate and stale records weekly and report data quality to sales leadership.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
