About this task
This insurtech company for travel (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Sales Operations Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Fields, stages and rules that keep CRM data usable.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The team sits in Bolton. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Enforce stage definitions, fix duplicate and stale records weekly and report data quality to sales leadership.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
