About this task
This finance advisory firm for private equity (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior CRM Administrator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Standard reports that managers use.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Create 8 sales and service reports and schedule delivery to managers.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
