About this task
This international nonprofit in education access (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior CRM Administrator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Standard reports that managers use.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The company prefers a person who can come to South Gate for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Create 8 sales and service reports and schedule delivery to managers.

- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (1 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
