About this task
This machinery maker supplying the auto industry (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior CRM Administrator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Standard reports that managers use.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The company prefers a person who can come to Phoenix for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MST).
What you deliver
- Create 8 sales and service reports and schedule delivery to managers.
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (1 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
