About this task

This defence technology company in drones (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior CRM Administrator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Standard reports that managers use.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in New York, so this one is for residents there. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).

What you deliver

• Create 12 sales and service reports and schedule delivery to managers.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Friday: main working block (1 hours)
• Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
