About this task
This subscription commerce company for beauty (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior CRM Administrator for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Moves data in or out with mapping and checks.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The company prefers a person who can come to Liverpool for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Migrate 20,000 contacts and 3,000 companies from spreadsheets into HubSpot with deduplication.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
