This digital bank focused on commercial property (5,000+ employees) is looking for a director Fractional COO for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour with an operations leader on a defined problem.
The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Slovakia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver

- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
