About this task
This electronics manufacturer making building materials (501–1,000 employees) is looking for an executive Fractional COO for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour with an operations leader on a defined problem.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver
- Advise a founder on scaling the customer onboarding team and list next steps.
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
