About this task

This Growth-stage analytics software company for hospitals and clinics (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Social Media Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–10 h a week. Plans and publishes posts across channels.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Sweden. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Schedule 12 posts a week across LinkedIn, Instagram and X from an approved monthly plan.
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
