About this task
This consumer goods company in baby care (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Social Media Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–10 h a week. Plans and publishes posts across channels.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The team sits in Malmö. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Schedule 20 posts a week across LinkedIn, Instagram and X from an approved monthly plan.
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (4 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
