About this task
This performance marketing agency for financial services (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Social Media Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–10 h a week. Plans and publishes posts across channels.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Schedule 12 posts a week across LinkedIn, Instagram and X from an approved monthly plan.
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (4 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
