About this task
This consumer goods company selling in 20 countries (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Social Media Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–16 h a month. Batch of posts, graphics and short videos.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The company prefers a person who can come to Wuppertal for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Create 30 on-brand graphics and 6 short videos for next month.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
