About this task
This construction group in student housing (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Content Lead for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews all existing pages and decides keep, update, merge or delete.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Florida, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Audit 500 blog posts, score each on traffic and quality and produce an action list.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
