About this task
This packaging manufacturer making food packaging (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Onboarding Designer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Assigns, tracks and reminds on mandatory training.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in California, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Set up and track mandatory training for 120 employees with automatic reminders.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
