About this task
This Series B clinical data company for physiotherapy clinics (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Supports annual merit, bonus and promotion cycles.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in Washington, D.C.. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Prepare data, guidelines and tracking for the annual merit cycle for 150 employees.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (1 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
