About this task
This Last-mile delivery company (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Compensation & Benefits Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Supports annual merit, bonus and promotion cycles.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Delaware, so this one is for residents there. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Prepare data, guidelines and tracking for the annual merit cycle for 200 employees.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (1 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
