About this task
This industrial manufacturer making food packaging (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a director RevOps Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Models quotas, territories and commissions for the next period.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Estonia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Model quotas for 20 reps across territories with scenarios and a one-page summary.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
