About this task

This content marketing agency for healthcare (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Social Media Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Replies to comments and messages in the brand's voice.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Italy works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Respond to comments and direct messages daily within four working hours.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Wednesday: main working block (3 hours)
• Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
