About this task
This hotel group in short-term rentals (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Social Media Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Replies to comments and messages in the brand's voice.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The team sits in Cologne. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Respond to comments and direct messages daily within four working hours.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
