About this task
This digital media company (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Social Media Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Replies to comments and messages in the brand's voice.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.
The team sits in Cologne. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Respond to comments and direct messages daily within four working hours.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
