About this task
This education foundation in refugee support (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Fractional Customer Success Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Calls with customers who left, to learn what failed and what would have kept them.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Ireland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).
What you deliver
- Interview 12 churned customers over three weeks and report the main themes.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
