About this task

This digital bank (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Technical Sourcer for an ongoing part-time engagement of 6–12 h a week. Builds a shortlist of qualified engineers for open roles.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.

The team sits in Lyon. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

  • Source 50 qualified backend engineers a week for two open roles and log them in the ATS.
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
