About this task
This workflow automation company for field-service companies (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Brand Copy Editor for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Documents tone, word choices and examples.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Spain. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Create a brand voice guide with do and don't examples and a word list.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
