About this task
This Food-supply cooperative (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Brand Copy Editor for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Documents tone, word choices and examples.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Lithuania. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Create a brand voice guide with do and don't examples and a word list.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
