About this task
This Series C vertical software provider for schools (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Corporate Secretary & Governance for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Accurate minutes and action lists.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).

What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (1 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
