About this task
This Direct-to-consumer brand for refurbished electronics (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Chief of Staff for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Collects inputs from leaders and drafts the update.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Czechia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver

- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Friday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
