About this task
This government IT contractor serving tax authorities (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Internal Audit & SOX Support for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews workpapers for completeness and conclusions.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Review 15 audit workpapers for evidence and conclusions and send review points to the auditors.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
