About this task

This telecom operator in fibre broadband (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Customer Churn Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Monthly list of accounts likely to leave with suggested actions.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.

What you deliver

  • Score all accounts for churn risk monthly and give customer success the top 25 with reasons.
  • A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
