About this task
This warehousing operator for e-commerce brands (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Customer Churn Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Monthly list of accounts likely to leave with suggested actions.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The team sits in Baltimore. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Score all accounts for churn risk monthly and give customer success the top 40 with reasons.

- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
